registration and payment

  1. Select a session by clicking the relevant registration button below. You will be prompted to enter your email address to continue with registration.
  2. On the following screen, select the appropriate registration type (special rate or general admission). You will then be directed to the page where you can fill out your registration details.
  3. Review and confirm your registration details for accuracy and then select “Invoice Me.” If you would like to add additional pre-conference workshop sessions, proceed to Step 4 below. If you would like to add Core Conference or Passive Projects Tour registration, proceed to Step 5 below.
  4. OPTIONAL: If you would like to register for multiple pre-conference workshop sessions, refresh the page to return to the list of all workshops. (IMPORTANT: You must use the same email address on the first screen of every registration, but you may enter a different registrant’s name for additional registrations if desired.)
    1. Select an additional pre-conference workshop session and follow the directions found in Steps 1-3 above to complete registration for that session. Take care not to register for concurrent sessions.
    2. Continue until you’ve registered for all relevant sessions.
  5. OPTIONAL: If you have not yet registered for the Core Conference or Passive Projects Tour, you may safely leave this page to add those registrations to your total.
  6. Once you have added all desired workshops and other registrations, look for the Balance Due alert toward the bottom of the registration page.
  7. Select the sessions that you would like to provide payment for and click “Pay Online” to be directed to PayPal to complete your payment.
  8. Alternate payment options:
    1. Online via Square:
      1. Click “Invoice me” and then “View / Pay Invoice.” Send an email to conference@passivehouse.us including your Invoice #0____  and Balance Due to request a Square payment link.
    2. Pay by Check:
      1. Click “Invoice me” and then “View / Pay Invoice.” Send your check along with your Name, Email, Invoice #0____ and Balance Due and/or print out your invoice(s) to include with your payment. You will also receive a copy of your invoice by email. Be sure to add phius@wildapricot.org to your address book to ensure delivery.
      2. Mailed checks must be postmarked by September 9, 2016 (July 18 for Early Bird rates) if mailing to the PHIUS Office. Send checks to:
