Conference booth, table, staff, and miscellaneous sponsorship cancellations made before August 15, 2016 will be subject to a $100 processing fee. Cancellation requests received on or after August 16, 2016 will receive a 75% refund. We are unable to provide refunds on advertising or sponsorship once materials have gone live.
